The Top Mortgage Events to attend in 2026
As a mortgage adviser looking for those events that can help contribute towards both your CPD and build continuous relationships with your lenders, can sometimes be a bit troublesome.
To help with that I’ve compiled a list of some of the top mortgage events to attend in 2026.
The Specialist Lending Event
Brought to you by the people behind Mortgage Solutions. The Specialist Lending Event 2026 aims to help advisers by boosting their product knowledge, industry acumen and also enable strategic thinking.
The 2025 edition of The Specialist Lending Event was well attended by brokers, lenders and people from within the industry. The whole event really opens the opportunity to get those tricky cases over the line.
It is also worth attending if you’re looking to get into specialist lending and learning something a new. The 2026 dates for the event are:

UK Mortgage Convention 2026
The UK Mortgage Convention will be returning to the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster in 2026.
Date and times are yet to be confirmed, however, this event will be focusing supporting and helping DA advisers following their successful 2025 event.
The UK Mortgage Convention is brought to you by the people behind Brilliant Solutions.
The event promises to bring a wide range of lenders, advisers and industry leaders to the event, with their program highlighting an expert lender panel discussion, and an exhibition hall filled with over 70 different lenders and exhibitors.
The event is set to take place on the 26th March 2026 and has been sponsored by Aldermore and Prosperity IFA.
Building Societies Show 2026
If you’re looking to do more business with building societies in 2026, then the Building Societies Show is the place to be.
On the day you can expect over 34 building societies all exhibiting in one location. Throughout the day listen in on a variety keynote speeches and workshops all dedicated to mortgage brokers and intermediary professionals.
The event is completely free to attend for mortgage brokers and intermediaries with refreshments and lunch provided for all registered attendees. This year’s event is being held at the Coventry Building Society Arena on the 21st April 2026.

Mortgage Strategy Awards 2026
The Mortgage Strategy Awards will be returning to London in May 2026.
This event celebrates the very best in mainstream mortgages and protection excellence.
Brought to you by the people behind Mortgage Strategy, known for their straight talking and comprehensive daily coverage of the industry across a variety of medium this is an Oscar event not to be missed.
Nominations are now open for people to nominate themselves if they wish, with nominations closing in just 20 days at the time of writing this blog post.

The 2025 Mortgage Business Expo saw a massive 9% increase in attendance, the 2026 event is set to be even bigger.

UK Finance: Annual Mortgage Lunch
UK Finance are delighted to announce the return of their Annual Mortgage Lunch that will be taking place on the 21st May 2026.
This is your opportunity to connect with other mortgage professionals from within the industry and share ideas and build valuable business relationships into 2026. Add to this a plethora of guest speakers all geared towards providing you with valuable insights in market trends, regulatory developments and best practices, and you have one fabulous lunch.
The event is a popular one and every year attracts upwards of over 350 guests per year.
